The Koper District Court has acquitted in a retrial former Istrabenz CEO Igor Bavčar and former Maksima Holding CEO Miroslav Golubić of charges of abuse of office and assistance thereof in relation to Intereuropa stock trading. The prosecution, which demanded two years and six months for Bavčar and two years for Golubić, has announced an appeal.
